Jody Royée Silver Jewelry
My artistic disciplines range from Photography, Painting, Sculpture and Jewelry. Creating wearable art is a way I can share my inspirations on a more intimate level. My jewelry work spans four key lines of interest: Earth based textures, topographic maps and ancient tribal symbols - Sacred geometry and architecture - Fluid forming of wrapped and folded metal - Playful musically inspired textures & spirals.
My materials of choice vary from Fine Silver Clay, Argentium Silver, Copper and Enamel. The metal serves as a canvas for color, imagery and texture or as a sculptural organic form.
